1. What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

• Standard and deep home cleaning

• Office cleaning

• Move-in/move-out cleaning

• Post-construction cleaning

• Specialty services (e.g., window cleaning, appliance cleaning, etc.)

 

2. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

Nope! We bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer us to use, just let us know in advance.

 

3. Are your cleaners background-checked and trained?

Yes. Every team member is thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and professionally trained to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

4. Who’s doing the cleaning?

My name is Melissa, I'm the team leader. You will deal directly with me.

 

5. What areas do you serve?

We’re based right here in Metairie and clean all over Jefferson Parish. We also serve nearby areas like Kenner, Lakeview, Old Metairie, and parts of New Orleans. If you're not sure you're in range, just ask.

 

6. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all—whatever you're comfortable with. Many of our clients provide access instructions and enjoy returning to a sparkling clean home or office.

 

7. What’s your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

8. One-time clean or regular service?

We do both. Whether you need a one-time refresh before guests arrive or a regular cleaning routine to keep things sane, we’ve got a plan that fits.  We’ll get you on the schedule fast. You pick the time, we bring the sparkle.
